Return window
You can return unused parts and accessories within 30 days[placeholder] of delivery. Complete bikes can be returned within 14 days[placeholder] of handover provided they have been ridden less than 25 miles[placeholder] and show no trail wear.
Condition
- Items must be clean, undamaged and in original packaging where possible.
- Bikes must include all keys, chargers, manuals and accessories supplied.
- Custom-built or modified bikes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
How to start a return
Bikes bought through a dealer are returned via that dealer. For direct parts orders, email sales@trailynamobikes.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a return authorisation and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days[placeholder] of receiving and inspecting the item. A restocking fee of 10%[placeholder] may apply to opened bikes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable[placeholder].
Faults and warranty
Faulty products are handled under warranty, not this returns policy. Frames carry a 5-year[placeholder] warranty and drive systems and batteries a 2-year[placeholder] warranty. Warranty claims are processed through your dealer.
