Muddy electric mountain bike on a repair stand in a rural workshop

Sell With Us · Dealer program

Stock bikes built for the rough stuff.

We're recruiting independent bike shops, guide outfits, rental fleets and trail-town retailers to carry Trailynamo Bikes. Fewer dealers, better territories, real workshop support.

Who we're looking for

Shops with dirt under their nails.

Our electric mountain and trail bikes need a mechanic who understands suspension and drive systems, and staff who can talk honestly about terrain. If that's you, we should talk.

Independent bike shops

Full-service stores near trail networks with a working service bay.

Guides & rental fleets

Outfitters running guided rides or hire fleets who need durable, serviceable bikes.

Trail-town retailers

Outdoor stores in riding destinations with space for a demo fleet.

Dealer FAQ

Straight answers.

What kind of businesses can become a Trailynamo Bikes dealer?

We partner with independent bike shops, guide outfits, rental fleets and trail-town retailers. If you have a physical location, a workshop able to handle eMTB drive systems, and riders who head off-pavement, you are the kind of partner we are looking for.

Is there a minimum opening order?

Yes. The opening order is set per region and depends on the demo fleet you take on. Exact figures are shared during onboarding; the numbers shown on this page are placeholders until the dealer agreement is finalised.

Do you protect dealer territories?

We plan dealer coverage by trail network rather than by postcode, so partners are not stacked on top of each other. Territory terms are agreed individually in the dealer agreement.

What support do dealers get for service and warranty?

Partners get workshop documentation, diagnostic guidance for the drive system, priority parts dispatch and a direct technical contact. Warranty claims are handled through the dealer, with us backing the parts and labour as set out in the dealer agreement.

Can I run demo days and rental fleets?

Yes, and we encourage it. Demo and fleet programmes are available to approved partners, and we can help plan trail-head demo events with you.

How do I apply?
